Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to enhance children's physical abilities and overall development. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to integrate therapeutic strategies into daily routines. Provide guidance and education to family members and other caregivers to support the child's development and participation in natural environments. Conduct comprehensive evaluations of young children's motor skills and developmental stages (optional) Manage scheduling and caseload based on personal availability and capacity. Valid NYS state license as a Physical Therapist. Experience in pediatric physical therapy or early intervention preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse families and team members. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
