Summary : We are looking for a Restoration Warehouse Manager who is mechanically inclined and can assist with maintaining our Equipment and Vehicle Fleet. Besides supervising staff, the Warehouse Manager is responsible for material and equipment-related distribution procedures.
Primary Responsibilities
Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing programs.Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with data storage systems.Maintains physical condition of the warehouse by planning and implementing a cleaning schedule.Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, and analyzing variances.Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling time appropriately.Improves staff performance by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.Education and Experience Requirements
High school diploma or equivalentState driver's license with satisfactory DMV driving recordMinimum of 2 years as a warehouse managerExperience operating a forkliftQualifications and Skills
Ability to effectively prioritize and delegate workProficient with computers and knowledge of general software and applicationsEffective oral and written communication skillsStrong leadership and management skillsUnderstanding of safety rulesMechanically inclinedPhysical and Work Environment Requirements

This is a full-time position, working 8 : 00 a.m.- 5 : 00 p.m., MondayFriday, 40 hours per week. This position frequently requires long hours (beyond 8 hours a day), working on-call, and weekend work. Travel is required and is primarily local.
Compensation : $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
