JOB SUMMARY :
Participate in the management of the lease portfolio and assist in the development of new assets, relocations and other inventory management activities, as well as the creation of new revenue streams.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Track and analyze critical operational data associated with leases / licenses and owned propertiesMonitor competitor activity and permitting practicesAssist with the identification and development of new signage and telecom opportunities, including through RFPsLiaise among various internal departments to gather and disseminate information and ensure necessary approvals and standardsAid in the preparation of the documentation required to secure internal approvals for new assets and renewalsPrepare and negotiate agreements with property owners to secure new or existing assetsBe conversant in applicable codes / regulations, and with permit requirements and processesWork with outside professionals to perform due diligence, prepare drawings, secure permits, address violations, etc.Track relevant zoning regulations and monitor any proposed zoning applications or changesDevelop and maintain productive and professional relationships with existing and potential property owners, and serve as the primary point of contact for all real estate related mattersAddress ongoing requirements and inquiries; resolve issues in a timely and professional mannerEnter, maintain, and routinely audit data, reports, and electronic files to ensure accurate accounting, record keeping, and file managementEstablish and maintain cooperative working relationships, both internally and externallySecure copy approval from landlordsQUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 4 years’ experience2-3 years of relevant experience with increasing levels of responsibilityBasic familiarity with real estate principles and practices with an emphasis on field work including lead generation, negotiations and application of regulations.Strong analytical, critical thinking, decision making and problem solving skills focused on achieving business resultsAbility to complete required financial analysis, including among other things, filling out modelsRoutine work outside of office taking ride photos, performing field work, etc.Valid drivers’ licenseProficient in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
