Required Skills & Qualifications
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow implementation and configuration
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD
- Experience with integrations using REST, SOAP, and other technologies
- Proficiency in implementing workflows, business rules, and automation
