Job Description
PROJECT REVENUE SPECIALIST is a skilled and financially-minded individual that will assist in managing, processing, and troubleshooting of various accounts and transactions. We are looking for a reliable individual who will be responsible for the financial health of our company in the management of our financial transactions and procedures on a daily basis.
The PROJECT REVENUE SPECIALIST will oversee the tasks of internal record keeping, client and external partner invoicing, balance monitoring and account follow-ups - often managing numerous client and external partner accounts at once. Competencies include the ability to prioritize workload, meet predetermined deadlines and assist with special projects as needed.
The PROJECT REVENUE SPECIALIST is self-motivated and detail oriented. Possessing excellent problem-solving abilities and is passionate about delivering results on time, exceeding expectations, and enduring success for our teams.
Essential Functions and Core Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage multiple accounts
- Quickbooks record creation and maintenance
- Revenue collection : create, deliver, and follow up on invoices, transaction verification and application
- Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets / systems
- Reconcile any discrepancies or errors identified by conversing with employees and / or clients
- Assist in the monitoring and managing of all projects associated with assigned lender(s)
- Monitoring project status, uploading documents, and relationship management with third party lenders
- Resolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation; payments, or adjustments.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Answers questions and provides assistance to board members, managers and clients as needed
- Attend finance department and company-wide meetings, sometimes assisting with financial reporting to managers and senior executives
- Suggest changes or improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency
- Perform routine calculations to produce analyses and reports as requested by the Director of Revenue
- Maintains financial security by following internal accounting controls
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements
Requirements, Education, Qualifications, and Experience :
At least 3+ years of previous related experience requiredQuickbooks proficiency at a general level is requiredCRM experience with both data entry and report usageSolid communication skills, both written and verbal within internal communication platformsFamiliarity with business principles and practicesSuperior attention to detail, organizational skills, planning skills, problem-solving skills, analytical skills, critical thinking skillsProficient computer skillsInterdepartmental coordination and communication skillsMust be technologically savvy, demonstrating the ability to adapt to ever changing technologies and learn the functionality of new equipment and systemsPhysical Demands and Working Conditions
