Job Description
This role is ideal for a Texas-licensed personal injury attorney who thrives on structure, process, and systems thinking. You will be responsible not only for managing personal injury cases but also for building the firm’s standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and form libraries that will define the foundation of our Texas office.
The right candidate will be both a skilled litigator and a systems architect—someone who understands how to translate experience into repeatable, high-performing processes that deliver consistent excellence across teams.
III. Key Responsibilities
Design and document end-to-end workflows for all Texas PI operations (intake, pre-litigation, litigation, settlement, and disbursement).
Handle a limited docket of personal injury cases from intake through resolution.
Serve as the Texas process leader and liaison with Florida headquarters.
