Continuously monitors quality patient care through excellence in customer service and performance improvement that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care. Provides leadership in the practice location. Nurse Practitioners (NP) and Physician Assistants (PA) are required to function consistent with Florida Law Provides treatment for less urgent acute conditions as well as manages chronic conditions and provides care coordination. Graduate from a Nurse Practitioner program required Preferably 2 Years of experience working in a primary care setting State of Florida License Requirements Bilingual English / Spanish- Strongly preferred Managed Care experience

This is an 100% outpatient position with office hours from 8am to 5pm, M-F. The incoming candidate should be comfortable caring for a geriatric patient population.
