IDR is seeking a Workstation Technician for one of our top Healthcare clients in the Walnut Creek, CA. This is a 2 year contract role. If you are looking for an opportunity to join a large organization and work within an ever-growing team-oriented culture, please apply today!

Responsibilities :

  • Provide support for a Microsoft-based network, including Windows 10 / 11, Microsoft Office 365, MS Teams, and basic desktop and networking issues.
  • Manage and troubleshoot PC hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, and tablets, and address network communication problems and peripheral issues.
  • Assist with the deployment process, including asset receipt, equipment staging, deployment execution, and updating asset management systems.
  • Perform data transfer and recovery, email administration, and prepare assets for disposition, while maintaining attention to detail and adhering to technical manuals and instructions.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • High School Diploma and 2 years of professional customer service experience supporting PC and Macintosh desktop computing hardware.
  • Skills must include knowledge of Operating Systems and configuration, hardware configuration, and software installation.
  • 2+ years in a client - facing role ( working with clinical staff, asset inventory)
  • Experience dealing with over 5 daily pc refreshes / 25 weekly pc refreshes

  • This is a 1-year contract role with potential for extensions
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent demonstrable experience, is required

    • Required Skills for Senior Fullstack Engineer :

  • Minimum 5-7 years of web development experience (experience in the media / entertainment industry is a plus)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an agile environment (Scrum and / or Kanban)
  • Proficiency in JSON, API, JavaScript, Kanban, and Design Patterns
  • Experience in creating wireframes and technical documentation
  • Experience in live streaming and back-end development is desirable
