Responsibilities

• Design and build new features end-to-endfrom intuitive front-end UIs to scalable backend services.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and users to define, prototype, and launch new products from scratch.
• Rapidly iterate on prototypes and features based on feedback and evolving product needs.
• Own technical decisions and help shape the architecture of new systems.
• Continuously improve our existing codebase, tooling, and development processes to increase team velocity.
• Maintain high engineering standards while balancing speed and scrappiness.
• Debug, optimize, and scale applications to support demanding real-world AI use cases.
• Play an active role in shaping Lakera's technical vision and product roadmap.
