1st Shift - Production Team Member

The Production Team Member works as a part of a team performing multiple assembly duties for the construction of windows and doors.

Location : Sioux Center, IA

1st Shift :

$23.45 / hr

Monday - Friday

7 am - 3 : 30 pm

What you will do? As a Production Team member, you will :

• Be able to up to 100 lbs. (Mandatory)
• Move to different lines and responsibilities.
• Learn and rotate to three (3) or more different responsibilities and / or positions on the assembly line.
• Operate equipment / tools that require close control, adjustment, and following production orders.
• Comply with safety, quality, and production requirements and procedures.
• Flexibility of work hours including mandatory OT when business needs requires.

PELLA CORPORATION REQUIREMENTS :

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Pass drug screen.
• Pass pre-employment tests.
• Pass pre-work ability screening.

Experience needed :

• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, construction, factory work, production lines, remodeling, etc.
• Heavy lifting (up to 100lb) is a requirement.
