Role

Engineering Designer with experience consistent, but not limited to :

  • Experience in electrical distribution design, Exelon / BGE preferable.
  • 2 or more years of experience
  • The Employee will work primarily on the Green Power Connection work from the Utility.
  • The Employee will receive approved Engineering packages to design and complete for internal QA / QC.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate will be required to design overhead and underground extensions in the existing electrical distribution system.
  • Candidate will be required to understand overhead distribution design including tensions and deflection angles.
  • Will be required to read and interpret engineered diagrams of pole framings and other overhead and underground equipment to determine various requirements and clearances.
