Key Responsibilities

Influences and manages Workforce Management strategies and initiatives across Claims

Builds and oversees internal technology and automation roadmaps to address business gaps

Communicates key insights and recommendations related to Workforce Management to stakeholders

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Forecasting and / or Data Analytics

Experience in developing and implementing strategic workforce management initiatives

Proficiency in process integration and analytical applications

Knowledge of automation and artificial intelligence in workflow enhancement

Experience in benchmarking and evaluating workforce management technologies
