Salesforce Pre-Sales Consultant

Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Location :

Ideally San Francisco-based, with 1 day / week onsite Remote option available for the right candidate (must work PST hours)

6 + Months $75 - $78 / HR

Must-Have Skills :

• 8-10 years of hands-on Salesforce experience (sweet spot : 8+ years)
• Deep expertise with Salesforce Service Cloud, especially out-of-the-box functionalities
• Proven ability to optimize Contact Center operations using Salesforce : Voice Cloud Intelligent Routing Agent Scripting
• Strong knowledge of Agent Force features : Salesforce Console / Service Console Knowledge base integration
• Extensive experience with Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud) : B2B or B2C portals Design, configuration, and deployment in complex scenarios
