Key Responsibilities :
Technical Writing
- Develop and maintain user guides, release notes, FAQs, technical documentation, and help center content for the Client product suite
- Translate complex product features into clear, concise, user-friendly content
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to stay current on new features and use cases
- Maintain consistent tone, voice, and formatting across all documentation
Training
Design, develop, and deliver live and recorded training sessions for customers, partners, and internal stakeholdersCreate learning materials such as slide decks, videos, tutorials, and product walkthroughsManage onboarding resources and product knowledge for Customer Success and Sales EnablementCollect feedback on training effectiveness and continuously improve training content and deliveryQualifications :
3+ years of experience in technical writing, product training, instructional design, or a related role in a SaaS or tech environmentFamiliarity with revenue recognition or financial / ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce CPQ / Billing, NetSuite, Zuora) is a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiencesProficiency with tools such as Confluence, Loom, and other documentation and training platformsComfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, startup environmentHighly self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented
