Role Overview :
Supports Knowledge Management and Data Governance by managing content, validating data, and assisting in implementing lifecycle and access policies across enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in SharePoint / OneDrive site organization and template management.
- Monitor compliance with data access, retention, and lifecycle policies.
- Support audits and remediation of data for AI readiness.
- Maintain knowledge repositories and provide support for end-user queries.
