We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. This role involves working directly with patients recovering from Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), helping them regain mobility, function, and confidence. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, adaptable to new environments, and skilled in delivering evidence-based therapy across the state!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct initial assessment and administer individualized treatment plans for patients recovering from TBI.
  • Provide hands-on therapy to improve patients strength, coordination, balance, and cognitive-motor integration.
  • Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, adaptive techniques, and recovery expectations.
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal functional outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and state guidelines.
  • Travel to different clinical sites or patient locations based on assignment needs, ensuring consistent quality of care.

Qualifications :

Physical Therapy Certification / Degree or equivalent degree from an accredited program.

Active state licensure (or eligibility for licensure in multiple states).

Clinical experience in neurorehabilitation or TBI recovery is preferred.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient-education skills.

Ability to adapt to new environments and work independently while maintaining high professional standards.

Willingness to travel frequently and work with diverse patient populations.

Work Environment :

  • This is a patient-facing, travel-based position. Assignments may occur in clinics, in patient home, apartment, or home health settings across various regions. The role requires flexibility, empathy, and a commitment to improving patients quality of life through physical rehabilitation.
