Responsibilities :
Household & Lifestyle Management
- Coordinate household staff : Manage schedules and communication between housekeepers, chefs, nannies, drivers, landscapers, etc.
- Property management : Oversee maintenance, repairs, renovations, and contractors across multiple residences.
- Inventory and organization : Keep track of valuables, wardrobes, wine collections, art, and household supplies.
Scheduling & Logistics
Calendar management : Handle family and children’s schedules, social events, travel, medical appointments, etc.Travel coordination : Book flights, arrange private travel, accommodations, and itineraries — often across multiple time zones.Event planning : Plan dinners, parties, fundraisers, or vacations — including managing guest lists and vendors.Administrative & Financial Support
Personal errands : Shopping, gifting, deliveries, appointments, and reminders.Bill payment & expense tracking : Work with accountants or family offices to reconcile receipts and manage budgets.Document management : Handle confidential paperwork, insurance renewals, passport updates, etc.Liaison & Communication
Gatekeeping : Manage communication between the family and external contacts (e.g., attorneys, business partners, school administrators).Discretion & confidentiality : Handle sensitive information with complete privacy.Representation : Sometimes act on the family’s behalf when interacting with service providers or VIP contacts.Soft Skills That Matter Most
