Responsibilities
Executive Support
Create a seamless domestic environment that enables the Executive Manager and family to focus on strategic priorities and meaningful pursuits. Proactively anticipate needs and manage assigned household operations efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption while maintaining exceptional service standards that reflect family values and create bandwidth for the entire team.
Comprehensive Estate Oversight
Maintain the Bridgehampton estate to impeccable standards, ensuring the property remains consistently guest-ready and operationally prepared for family visits. Support the development of comprehensive property documentation, including operational manuals, maintenance protocols, and inventory management systems that prioritize sustainability and efficiency. Coordinate property readiness for family arrivals and ensure seamless transitions between occupied and unoccupied periods.
Household Team Coordination
Support comprehensive team development initiatives to address current staffing shortages, including assisting with recruitment and management of additional housekeeping staff and a potential horticulture specialist. Assist with recruitment processes, candidate evaluations, and onboarding programs for all household positions while helping to establish performance management systems and professional development pathways.
Vendor Management & Contract Administration
Serve as primary liaison for all household vendors, contractors, and service providers. Conduct thorough contract reviews, negotiate service agreements, and ensure all vendor relationships align with family standards for quality, reliability, and value. Coordinate access for gardeners, maintenance personnel, and other service providers while maintaining security protocols.
Daily Operations Management
Oversee all aspects of assigned domestic lifestyle management, including routine maintenance coordination, household systems monitoring, and preventive care protocols. Manage tasks ranging from battery replacements and equipment maintenance to ensuring optimal functionality of all household systems and amenities.
Pet Care Coordination
Provide comprehensive care management for the family dog, including daily care routines, veterinary coordination, and integration of pet needs into overall household operations and travel planning.
Strategic Project Coordination
Direct diverse household initiatives ranging from routine maintenance to specialized projects. Monitor progress, identify potential challenges, and develop scalable solutions that can be effectively delegated while maintaining quality standards and resource efficiency.

Uphold the highest standards of discretion in all professional interactions, ensuring family privacy is maintained while fostering an environment of formal yet authentic, refined living that reflects the family's values and lifestyle preferences.
