We are seeking a Senior Tax Advisor to join our team. Your role will be to lead support of our clients' annual tax return process and advise clients on tax optimization.

We are seeking a Senior Tax Advisor to join our team. Your role will be to lead support of our clients' annual tax return process and advise clients on tax optimization.

What You WIll Do

  • Complete annual federal and state tax returns
  • Build and maintain relationships with our client base
  • Provide additional tax advice to our clients as we optimize their complete financial picture
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction

What You Will Bring

Our ideal client will have at least 3 years of relevant experience and the following credentials / skills :

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Enrolled Agent (EA)
  • Experience with Income Tax Preparation
  • Experience with a variety of tax returns and tax situations
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Detail-Oriented

    • Compensation And Benefits

    The ideal client will lead our tax operations. Our compensation package reflects the value brought to our clients.

  • Paid by return; receive the majority of client fees for tax returns
  • Equates to $180-350 per hour
  • Additional compensation for serving clients outside tax season
  • Additional after-season bonus
