Job Summary

Mosaic Technologies is seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development Supervisor to join our Human Resources team. This leadership role will be responsible for managing all aspects of employee training across the organization, including safety training. Reporting to the HR Director, the Learning and Development Supervisor will play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and compliance.

This position is based in Cameron, WI and requires an onsite office schedule.

Essential Functions (including but not limited to)

• Develop and execute a comprehensive training strategy aligned with Mosaics organizational goals.
• Conduct training needs assessments and collaborate with department leaders to identify skill gaps.
• Design and deliver engaging learning experiences using various modalities (in-person, virtual, e-learning).
• Lead and mentor training staff and / or cross-functional facilitators.
• Manage and deliver safety training programs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other relevant safety standards.
• Oversee LMS administration and reporting.
• Partner with external training providers and platforms to enhance learning offerings.
• Champion a learning culture that supports career development and internal mobility.
