A Typical Day
Communicate and enforce all park regulations and jumping rules in a personable and professional mannerRemain alert and use all senses while supervising park guestManage employee relationsProvide courteous customer experience and responds to customers' questions, complaints, or requests.Establish and maintain a safe environment for patrons and staff in and around jumping surfaces, airbags, and other activity areasComplete opening and closing duties such as safety audits, cash deposits, and other managerial checklistsWork as a team with other management team membersPerform any other services or duties as required by ManagementPerks
