HR Professional Opportunity
Location : Suwanee or Alpharetta, GA
Position Summary : We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR professional to lead full-cycle recruitment while supporting generalist responsibilities and ensuring compliance with all applicable U.S. labor laws and regulations. Duties / Responsibilities
- Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment efforts : sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and hiring strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Advise on and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including FLSA, ADA, FMLA, EEOC, and pay transparency regulations.
- Conduct internal audits, maintain up-to-date employee files, and administer HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee relations efforts, investigations, and performance management initiatives.
- Assist with benefit administration, HRIS data integrity, and monthly reporting.
- Partner with leadership to improve HR processes, employee engagement, and retention.
- Monitor HR compliance trends and provide updates and training as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (SHRM-CP or PHR preferred).510 years of progressive HR experience, with proven recruitment and compliance acumen.In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations across multiple states.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.Experience in a fast-paced or scaling organizationTechnical Skills
