Training and Support Specialist

Position Overview : Seeking a skilled Training and Support Specialist to design and deliver in-person and online training content supporting organizational initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong instructional design, content development, and technical expertise to create engaging learning materials, resources, and training videos. Key Responsibilities : Develop training materials, job aids, and e-learning modules. Facilitate virtual training sessions and support live meetings. Collaborate with subject matter experts to design curriculums. Create microlearning and voiceover-based training content. Required Skills : Instructional Design (5+ years) Curriculum Design & Adult Learning (3+ years) Content Development & Technical Writing Adobe Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise), Camtasia, MS Teams Strong Communication, Presentation, and Collaboration Skills Experience with SharePoint administration and Medicaid program knowledge.
