We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-service-oriented Food And Beverage Runner to join our Luxury Premium In-Seat team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering food to suites, restaurants, and dining room patrons in a timely, professional, and efficient manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Deliver food orders to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist suitemates with large orders, restocking, and other assigned duties.
• Communicating effectively with suitemates, bartenders, servers, kitchen staff, and supervisors to ensure compliance by maintaining company standards.
• Complete closing duties such as storing, breaking down, and cleaning equipment. Provide feedback to supervisors.
• Cleanliness by keeping work areas and equipment clean, including following principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
• Communicating with guests, including responding to customer requests and complaints to ensure Service Excellence.
• Performs other assigned duties.
