🏥 We're Hiring : Medical-Surgical RN! 🏥

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in our dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have clinical expertise in medical-surgical nursing, strong assessment skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to deliver quality patient outcomes.

📍 Location : Grand Blanc, MI

What You'll Do :

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments , monitor vital signs, and identify early signs of complications.

Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and the healthcare team.

Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and treatments safely and accurately.

Provide pre- and post-operative care : wound management, drain / catheter maintenance, and patient monitoring.

Document all assessments, interventions, medications, and patient responses in the electronic medical record (EMR) .

Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.

Ensure infection control and patient safety by following hospital policies and evidence-based practices.

Respond to emergencies and changes in patient condition, including initiating code procedures when necessary.

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, dietitians, case managers, and other professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.

Support and mentor new staff, students, and team members through mentorship and collaboration.

What We're Looking For :

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); BSN preferred.

BLS certification required ;  ACLS preferred .

Minimum 2 years acute care or med-surg experience preferred.

Familiarity with electronic  health record (EHR) systems .

Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
