A company is looking for a Strategic Program Management Leader to oversee key initiatives and manage cross-functional projects.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate between the CEO, senior leadership, and project teams, translating priorities into project objectives

Manage a portfolio of 10+ strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities and tracking ROI

Establish project management standards and processes to improve efficiency and scalability

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in project, program, or portfolio management

Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and report to senior executives

Experience in establishing a Project Management Office is a plus

Ability to lead through influence without direct authority

PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is a plus
