Role Description :
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Customer Service Representative to join the Jaden Gebbink State Farm team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in making informed decisions regarding their health coverage options as part of their auto insurance policies. You will serve as a trusted resource, ensuring clients receive exceptional support and guidance tailored to their unique insurance needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide timely and accurate assistance to customers regarding their health coverage options integrated with auto insurance policies.
- Facilitate policy changes, updates, and renewals efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Proactively follow up with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions and policy modifications in accordance with company guidelines.
Qualifications :
Previous experience working with State Farm, specifically within Michigan, is highly preferred.Valid Property and Casualty insurance licenses are required.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers remotely.Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.Self-motivated and able to work independently while meeting deadlines and performance expectations.Why Join Us?
