Recruiting Specialist

Location : Amarillo, TX

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Pay : $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to join our local team! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for job seekers and play a key part in matching great candidates with rewarding opportunities. You'll review applications, schedule interviews, post job listings, and provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist applicants, both in person and over the phone
  • Post and maintain job openings across various online platforms
  • Review applications and screen qualified candidates
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
  • Support associates placed on assignment by addressing questions and concerns
  • Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Pay : $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or an administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High school diploma or GED required
