Your responsibilities include :

  • Defining project scope, resources, activities, and schedule for successful completion.
  • Monitoring project deliverables and maintaining active communication with clients and staff.
  • Reviewing work quality regularly to meet project standards.
  • Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and at the required quality level.

Qualifications needed :

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction; PMP certification is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in the concrete construction industry.
  • OSHA 30 certification and CPR / First Aid.
  • Knowledge of database management, Sage, AutoCAD, IntelliCAD, Revit, Topcon Robotics, and MS Office.
  • Strong project management, scheduling, and resource management skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
