We are seeking an experienced Medical Billing Contractor to join Consciousabraxas Enterprise, Corp , a healthcare organization specializing in mental health and substance abuse services. This is a contract role with flexible hours, focused on ensuring accurate and timely billing for telehealth services.

Responsibilities

• Manage claim submissions through Jane's App (EHR & billing system).
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits (Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial plans).
• Process payments, post remittances, and reconcile accounts.
• Follow up on denied or unpaid claims and resubmit as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and payer requirements.
• Provide monthly billing reports to leadership.
