At Harmoniq Residential , we’re looking for a Property Accountant who is detail-oriented, analytical, and motivated to help us provide exceptional service to our residential communities.
This isn’t just a back-office role, you’ll be a key partner to our property managers and leadership team, ensuring timely, accurate, and meaningful financial reporting. From monthly close to annual budgets, your work will have a direct impact on the health and success of our residential portfolio.

What You’ll Do
- Build trusted relationships with property managers, operational staff, and clients.
- Accurately manage accounts payable and receivable .
- Oversee cash activity and complete monthly bank reconciliations .
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements and year-end reports .
- Assist with annual budgets , variance analysis , and reporting.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts .
- Review and update rent rolls and lease-related information.
- Partner with property management teams to ensure accurate, complete financials.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferred).3–5 years of accounting experience (property accounting a plus).Experience with Yardi or other property management accounting systems (preferred).Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.Strong communicator who thrives in a team-first, collaborative environment .Entrepreneurial mindset- solution-focused, driven, and resilient.High integrity- confident, transparent, and accountable.Benefits
