About the Role
We are hiring a full-time Content Developer to create engaging, impactful, and measurable content across digital platforms. The role requires a strong balance of creativity and strategy, ensuring content is not only compelling but also aligned with Tinova’s brand and client goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead content ideation (including graphics design research) and write creative concepts for Tinova and its clients’ campaigns.
- Write, edit, and proofread content for websites, webinars, blogs, scripts, social media, and proposals.
- Develop and implement content strategies tailored to Tinova, startups, SMEs, and FMCG clients.
- Conduct copyediting to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.
- Monitor and evaluate content quality and performance metrics, refining strategies based on results.
- Collaborate with designers and marketers to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Optimize content for SEO and digital performance.
Qualifications and Skills
A degree in marketing, management, or any related field2+ years of proven experience in content writing, copywriting, or content strategyStrong background in content ideation, copyediting, and storytellingFamiliarity with branding, digital marketing, and SME / startup sectorsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with SEO tools, content analytics, and reportingAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently in a remote settingPast work experience in a creative agency is a plusGraphic design experience is a plusSeniority level
