RNs will float to all ERs and free standing ERs.\nRegistered Nurse (RN) – Richmond ER Float Facilities\n

• Hospital and Free standing ERs to Include : \n
• St Mary's Pediatric and Adult ER\n
• Short Pump Free Standing ER\n
• Memorial Regional ER\n
• St. Francis ER\n
• Chester Free Standing ER\n
• Westchester Free Standing ER\n
• Colonial Heights Free Standing ER\n
• Southside Medical Center ER\n\nFloat Team Flexibility!\n
• 36 hours a week\n
• Self-Scheduling – pick your availability\n
• 1 Summer and 1 Winter holiday required\n
• Every Third Weekend Required\n
• Full Time night shift\n
• Shift differential available for night and weekend shifts\nEssential Functions : \n
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team\n
• Provide advanced treatment and care to patients with complex diagnoses\n
• Evaluates, updates and revises plan of care to facilitate achievement of planned and expected outcomes\n
• Administer medications in a safe manner consistent with the State of Practice and Bon Secours policies and procedures\n
• Other duties as assigned\nEducation : \n
• Graduate of an accredited Associates degree or Bachelors degree in Nursing\nLicensing &\n\nCertifications : \n
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)\n
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)\n
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association required\nExperience\n
