About the Role

EUV Tech is looking for an onsite Light Source Scientist to join our team developing EUV light sources. The R&D Scientist will be involved in multiple existing EUV light source projects that often bridge the gap between pure R&D and product development. We are seeking a self-driven individual who is an experienced experimental physicist with a multi-disciplinary skill-set including plasma physics and ultra-fast laser physics.

The successful candidate will work with a team of engineers and scientists to develop the next generation of EUV light sources. This position focuses on the design, simulation, construction and extensive characterization of EUV light sources and subsequent integration into semiconductor metrology tools. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with highly technical peers, and the capability to manage workload among changing priorities.

Reports to : Director, Light Sources

Your Role

• Design, simulate, build and test advanced industrial EUV light sources
• Characterize light sources covering few-nm to few-m wavelengths
• Create detailed documentation
• Other duties as assigned

Position Details

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $160,000-$185,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and EUV Tech's location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the respective role. Within the range, individual pay is determined by the following factors : job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
