Marketing Specialist
The Hospitality Marketing Specialist is responsible for working with the leaders of Harwood Hospitality Group. They are responsible for supporting the marketing and revenue goals, executing effective marketing and promotional campaigns to increase traffic to all concepts in the Harwood Hospitality Group portfolio.
Job Functions
- Work with the HHG marketing team to develop comprehensive and highly effective marketing and public relations campaigns and promotions, maintaining the promotional calendar for HHG concepts
- Execute annual marketing and public relations plans with metric tracking focusing on core programming, holidays, private events, catering, sporting events and more.
- Coordinate local store marketing efforts for all venues targeting hotels, residentials and local businesses
- Facilitation of digital assets to agency of records, coordinate the development and distribution of marketing materials
- Content development - on-going promotional content to be used across social and digital channels to highlight unique concept offers
- Manage CRM database, exporting contacts from reservations, events and digital campaigns
- Manage project timelines and production of in-restaurant materials and branding including but not limited to menus, menu covers, in-store signage, promotional materials
- Monitor online presence for brand including website updates, page audits, land page creation, listing management
- Review management respond to all positive and negative online reviews with monthly reporting and action plans
- Assist with administrative and coordination functions as needed by the marketing & senior leadership team
- Assist with social media content calendars, content creation, copywriting, and community engagement across platforms.
- Support the influencer marketing program, including seeding, outreach, and other tasks as needed.
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings on occasion.
