Key Program is seeking Youth Residential Caseworker (Residential Caseworkers) in Worcester , MA , for their residential program that serves up to nine adolescents referred by the MA Department of Children and Families (DCF). Wage :  Competitive hourly wage : $24

The Youth Counselor (Residential Caseworker) must share a rotating schedule with their team, consisting of daytime shifts (8 AM – 3 : 30pm PM), evening shifts (2 : 30 PM – 11 PM), and including weekend shifts.

The Key Program is a private, non-profit human services agency whose mission is to assist children / adolescents and their families to develop positive life skills so they may pursue productive and rewarding lives.  Key works in conjunction with the MA DCF, RI DCYF and NH DCYF and is an agency provider of community-based services, residential treatment programming, and outpatient mental / behavioral health services.
