We currently serve children, adolescents, families, parents, and individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges. At Inspire Services, we take pride in being an inclusive and welcoming space for all.

We are seeking a full-time clinician to provide counseling services both in-person at our Charlotte office and virtually through telehealth.

Responsibilities

Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and maintain accurate, timely documentation.

Provide individual, family, and couples therapy sessions, both in-person and virtually.

Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Collaborate with team members for referrals, case consultations, and coordinated care.

Establish and maintain positive, trusting relationships with clients and their families.

Diagnose and treat mental and emotional disorders using evidence-based approaches.

Uphold the highest standards of client confidentiality and professional ethics.

Maintain all required professional licenses and liability insurance.

Foster a supportive, inclusive, and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment for all clients.

Qualifications

Active license to practice in North Carolina ( LCSW, LCSW-A, LMFT, LMFT-A, LCMHC, LCMHC-A , or equivalent).

Demonstrated experience providing individual therapy; preference given to candidates with experience working with children and adolescents .

Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with new treatments, best practices, and licensure requirements.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Compensation :

Pay range : $30 – $75 per hour , depending on experience and credentials.
