Valid Texas Master Plumber license is required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing services. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage a team. Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to quality. Experience in leading or starting a division is a plus. Willingness to adapt and grow with the company.
