Associate Director, Drug Development

A company is looking for an Associate Director / Senior Project Manager in Drug Development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the overall delivery of projects, ensuring quality, cost, and time objectives are met

Serve as the main liaison between the sponsor and the organization, establishing clear communication pathways

Drive risk identification and issue resolution while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications and Education

5-8 years of Program or Project Management experience in a Pharmaceutical or Biotech environment

10 years of drug development experience across various phases and disease areas

Experience in Sponsor and Biotech settings is essential

Demonstrated leadership skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant qualifications
