Executive Director, Business Affairs
The Department of Radiation Oncology at WashU Medicine, part of the Alvin J. Siteman Cancer Center at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, seeks a collaborative operations and finance leader for the Executive Director, Business Affairs. The Executive Director reports to the Chair and serves as a key member of the department leadership team. They oversee the department's financial, HR, IT, facilities, and operational activities, helping to foster excellence in patient care, research, and education while ensuring the department's financial stability and growth.
As one of the largest and most innovative radiation oncology departments in the nation, we treat approximately 5,000 patients annually and are participating in 34 clinical trials. The Executive Director makes certain that faculty and staff have the necessary resources and infrastructure to optimize productivity, quality, and compliance across our seven regional locations.
