Fitter (Structural / Plate)

Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

• Core business is structural (beams, columns, angles, channels, etc.) and plate work.
• Fit up various plate / structural weldments prior to welding.
• Read complicated shop drawings and fit up the steel for a welder to complete.
• Lay out, position, align, and fit together fabricated parts of structural metal products.
• Perform related tasks as assigned.
