In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing all documentation provided by the field production teams, communicating with branch managers and crew chiefs to review missing info and ensure quality assurance, capturing and reporting negative trends in the documentation process, creating fair and accurate estimates in a timely manner, communicating with insurance companies and adjusters, assisting with training techs / management on the restoration process and maximization of estimates, and visiting job sites and traveling to additional locations as needed.

We're searching for someone with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience dealing with insurance companies, the ability to maximize estimates, and, ideally, 5+ years of water / mold restoration experience.
