Chemours is seeking a Mechanical Engineer Generalist to join our growing Engineering Technology team. This position will be available at the Chemours Global Headquarters in Wilmington, DE and report directly to the Process Equipment and Rotating Machinery Technology Leader.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with a lead engineer on pressure vessel-related projects and provide independent mechanical engineering support across other areas, focusing on the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of plant assets.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following :

• Working collaboratively, provide pressure vessel engineering

Work with the lead pressure vessel engineer to support the design, evaluation, and maintenance of pressure vessels and fixed equipment for Chemours’ global chemical business units.

Consult, troubleshoot, project support and training development for mechanical systems such as agitated vessels, filter presses, centrifuges, and mixers / agitators.

Pay Range (in local currency) :

$105,280.00 - $164,500.00
