Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers face to face providing friendly support

Proactively identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products, upgrades, or solutions

Handle inquiries related to pricing and general information

Achieve individual and team sales targets through excellent service and persuasive communication

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our client's products and services

Who You Are

You have 13 years of experience in a customer service or sales role (retail, call center, or similar industries are a plus)

Strong verbal and written communication skillsyou know how to connect with people

Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed goals without being pushy

Problem solver with patience, empathy, and a can-do attitude

Highly organized with good time management skills and attention to detail
