Dental Practice Manager
Location : Worcester, Massachusetts
Compensation : $60,000 – $75,000 annually
Schedule : Full-time, Monday–Friday

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, patient satisfaction, and profitability
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and financial performance to achieve practice goals
- Track and analyze KPIs such as production, collections, payroll, and patient retention
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to enhance workflow and patient experience
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and all practice policies and procedures
- Support staff training, performance reviews, and continuing education initiatives
- Partner with ownership and leadership to identify and execute growth opportunities
Qualifications
Prior dental experience required – at least 2 years in a management or senior administrative role within a dental practiceStrong organizational and communication skills with a collaborative leadership styleSolid understanding of key performance indicators and basic financial principlesProven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse teamProficiency with dental practice software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar) and Microsoft Office SuiteIdeal Candidate Attributes
