Base pay range

$200,000.00 / yr - $330,000.00 / yr

Our client, a full-service litigation firm with a strong reputation, is expanding its Business Litigation practice and looking for an associate attorney to join the team.

About the Firm :

  • Specializes in Labor & Employment, Business Litigation, and Insurance Litigation

  • Known for its team-oriented, non-toxic culture (no "screamers / yellers")
  • Offers strong mentorship and direct client exposure

Role & Responsibilities :

  • Handle mid-to-small size business litigation matters , including breach of contract, commercial disputes, and related litigation
  • Work directly with clients in a client-facing role
  • Collaborate with a high-performing team of attorneys in a supportive environment
  • Opportunities to cross-collaborate with Labor & Employment and Insurance practices

    • Candidate Profile :

  • 4–7 years of defense-side business litigation experience (precocious 3rd years considered)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to manage direct client interactions
  • Excellent academic credentials and a collaborative, career-driven mindset
  • Interested in long-term growth and advancement within a supportive firm culture
  • Base salary : $220K (4th year) to $325K+ (7th year) + Bonuses and Benefits
  • Hybrid / Remote flexibility (remote work available for the right candidate)

    • Salary and Other Compensation :

    The annual salary for this position can go up to $330,000 base annually . Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography / market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
