Role & Responsibilities :
Handle mid-to-small size business litigation matters , including breach of contract, commercial disputes, and related litigationWork directly with clients in a client-facing roleCollaborate with a high-performing team of attorneys in a supportive environmentOpportunities to cross-collaborate with Labor & Employment and Insurance practicesCandidate Profile :
4–7 years of defense-side business litigation experience (precocious 3rd years considered)Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to manage direct client interactionsExcellent academic credentials and a collaborative, career-driven mindsetInterested in long-term growth and advancement within a supportive firm cultureBase salary : $220K (4th year) to $325K+ (7th year) + Bonuses and BenefitsHybrid / Remote flexibility (remote work available for the right candidate)Salary and Other Compensation :
The annual salary for this position can go up to $330,000 base annually . Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography / market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
