EHS Manager- Greenville

Overview

EHS Manager (Contract Role) – Location : Greenville, SC – Start Date : ASAP – Duration : Approximately 1 month. Our client is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to support a short-term aeroderivative project in Greenville, South Carolina. This role is ideal for someone with strong construction site safety experience and a background in power generation projects. The EHS Manager will lead site safety efforts, ensure compliance with their standards and regulatory requirements, and work closely with contractors and stakeholders to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the site EHS management system
• Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and audits
• Ensure compliance with GE, client, and regulatory safety standards
• Review and approve subcontractor EHS documentation and personnel
• Report and analyze EHS events using Gensuite and other tools
• Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the project
• Liaise with clients, authorities, and external services on EHS matters
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
