Key Responsibilities
Utilize client relationship management software to respond to customer calls and address concerns
Resolve client inquiries and document discussions clearly while guiding clients towards their financial goals
Assist clients facing legal action from creditors and escalate issues to leadership as needed
Required Qualifications
High school diploma / GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
2 years of customer service or relationship-based support experience required
Experience in a financial or banking organization preferred
Ability to support and de-escalate vulnerable clients under stress
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office
