Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients as a trusted business partner

Drive digital marketing strategies and campaigns that achieve measurable results

Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client outcomes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field

Three to five years of experience in a customer service role

Experience supporting clients in SEM, SEO, email marketing, website creation, or social network products

Proven knowledge of and experience in the home services industry

3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Customer Success, or Account Management preferred
