Assistant Project Manager

Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing country club construction projects.

Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Collaborate with subcontractors, architects, and internal teams to maintain high construction standards.

Conduct site inspections, track progress, and document issues or changes.

Support in procurement, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation management.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and client specifications.

3-5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in country club, clubhouse, or high-end recreational projects.

Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.

Proficient in project management software and construction documentation.

Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders while maintaining project timelines.
